Just spoke to a Santa Fe CM

- requested our adjoining rooms in a small block. Also spoke to the lovely CM at dining reservations, so thats all done and dusted too.

Is it just me, or do other people come over all girly giggly and unnecessary after they've spoken to Disney (especially Disney with a French accent )?

We booked lunch at The Lucky Nugget for Oct 30th last Saturday and it made my day - more - the whole weekend!!!!!!

Can I ask, were you guaranteed the adjoining rooms? We've been told our 'request' has been noted at the DLH but not guaranteed - I just emailed guest relations and they came back and said that....

Hmmm - wonder if I should call the hotel as well - probably won't make a difference.

Its not guaranteed, but the CM I spoke to at the Santa Fe understood exactly what I would prefer.
I asked if we could have adjoining rooms, in a smaller block, if possible. He said "ah, so you want very quiet rooms?". I said "yes please", and he said "that should be no problem at all".

Ooooh I just went all giggly again there lol

Others have reported that any requests have been fulfilled but I have always phoned the beginning of the week before they make the room assignments. Well it can't hurt
