Just shy of 11, can son enter Edge

My son will be just shy of 11 when we cruise. How strict is Disney concerning entry into a club setup for older kids?

Vibe is for ages 14 to 17. Do you mean Edge? That's for 11-14.

You're correct...I meant Edge. I remember my teenager days, no way would I "torture" those kids with an 11yr old.

They let my almost 11 year old in but that isn't always the case. Now that he is 15 he admits he really didn't belong there. He was still in elementary school at the time and there is a big difference between elementary school boys and middle school boys. My now 18 year old feels that the Edge is really for middle schoolers and Vibe for high schoolers. Based on the things the kids do and talk about.

As long as numbers for edge aren't crazy on your cruise, or there is a disproportionate number of ten year olds, then any 10 year old can go to Edge, but you have to go and sign a waiver beforehand.
