Just seen Tangled - verdict

We loved it and I'm a 26 year old bloke, funny, charming and quite moving.

The lantern scene is stunning.

The advertising for it has been awful though I understand they don't think boys will like a Princess film but the attempt at being cool in the trailers totally falls flat and misinterprets the film.

Both DF and I LOVED it! DF (working towards being a 3D/techical artist for games and movies) didn't even moan about the animation etc, which he normally does!

We just got back from seeing Tangled in 3d and we all loved it. I took with me four under eight girls. I thought the colours we're beautiful, the humour good and the quality of detail in the animation amazing. I didn't like The Princess and the Frog at all, neither did my girls.

My one complaint about all animated films lately is the way humans (in particular females) are depicted, like Bratz dolls with tiny bodies, huge heads and eyes.....grrrr I can't stand it!
