Just Scored The Dolphin For $81 On Pricline

were not to be. Got the Dolphin for $81/night, 10/11-12.

Congrats! Same question.......is the slump over? I had heard that the Swolphin wasn't comming up much either. Glad you could get such a great hotel at a great price. Enjoy!

Yup, the Dolphin has been showing up on Priceline for the past few weeks . Check out the Orlando board over at www.biddingfortravel.com to see the dates that others have received the Dolphin. The only caveat in bidding "for" the Dolphin on Priceline is that it is very possible that you will receive one of the other Resort* hotels for the same price, thereby overbidding for those properties .

I chose 'Resorts', 'WDW area', my dates and start bid of $70
I was rejected, and planned upward rebids in $11 increments.
Got it 2nd try at $81. on biddingfortravel.com a similar person was successful at $75. Also, for October dates IIRC.
