Just saw SHREK 2

I didn't realize it just opened today! DH and I took DSs to see it this evening, and it was hysterical!!! It was even funnier than the first one.

Anyone else see it yet? How did you like it??

We saw it today too. I know everyone is saying it's as good as the first one, but honestly I thought the first one was better. I am going to wait and give it a second shot. I seem to remember not loving the original the first time I saw it. It really grew on me and now it's one of my favorites. so, maybe Shrek 2 will be the same.

We are planning to see it on Sunday. The temps are supposed to reach the high 80s here and we thought it would be a great way to escape the heat!

We are thinking of seeing it tomorrow afternoon. Had to go tonight and stock up on candy to be smuggled in so we don't have to take out a loan to go and snack!!!!

I have to agree with Gupsmom. I actually thought the first one was better dialogue-wise, but I think the animation was more detailed in this one.

We were going to see it today after school...but we had a terrible thunderstorm! So hopefully if it doesn't rain too much tomorrow, then we'll head out and see it. I can't wait! We love Shrek! Shrek is one of our favorite attraction at Universal Studio!!

I think it actually opened on Wednesday~ at least it did around here~ I think my kids are the last ones to see it everyone in my dd class has seen it and she is panicking cause we havent gone yet So I guess thats what we will be doing tomorrow, Im glad you enjoyed it , I love Shrek.

We saw it tonight and we loved it! I thought it was funnier than the 1st one.

I just got home from seeing it and LOVED IT!!!! the music is great, don't leave right away though. They have a cut in during the credits! Otherwise it is great. They have the same humor and poking fun at our beloved Disney. Worth the gas and ticket prices.

That was fantastic. We loved it too. We must have seen it 4 or 5 times while we were at Universal and we were still laughing.

We can't wait to see it! We'll probably see it next weekend....DS will be spending a couple of days at my mom's house so DH and I can celebrate our anniversary (June 2nd). We are really looking forward to it...and then a few days later we'll be getting a babysitter so we can go see Harry Potter!
