Just Saw Pirates - I Have a Question

I saw Pirates this afternoon. It was so good. Unfortunatly, we were in a hurry to be somewhere afterwards, so decided not to watch the credits. I know theres a clip after the credits. Could someone tell me what it is? TIA.

You did well not to wait, the credits go on forever and the payoff is a 4 second clip of the little dog as "king" of the natives. Cute but definitely not worth hanging around 10 mins for.

There is only one clip after the credits and it is a scene of the "key" dog with a bone in its mouth sitting on the throne with the natives treating him as king.

Wow, I saw it yesterday too and I didn't know there was something after the credits. Thanks for the info!! DS is going to see it again tomorrow. Being with a group of other 10 year olds, they will probably want to wait to see that! Glad to know our pooch wasn't dinner!! (Don't eat me! )

The credits are VERY long. They went on FOREVER! The scene is over in a heartbeat. I would just wait until it comes out on DVD to see it. My DH and DS made fun of me for making them sit through ALL the credits for that.

I didn't find out for awhile that there was a clip after the first movie. Luckily with that one all I had to do was check my DVD, then I was able to fast foward through the credits. Did you see that one? With the monkey.

YES!!! I did see that one--you gotta love DVDs!!!

Oh, heavens, DH was merciless about how long the credits were. He mocked me the whole time--and then when it was over in 2 seconds, the mocking continued for the rest of the day. Plus the fact that the movie was about half an hour too long for me ANYWAY, I was really annoyed that I had waited around for THAT.

Six of us went the other night to see POTC and we stayed until the end of the credits. There were only seven or eight other people who stayed.

I was so happy when I saw that the dog was still alive! Then someone reminded me of the fact that he was now their "king" and that they were planning on eating him!
