Just saw Petes Dragon! *spoilers could be here*

I thought it was really good. It was so emotional for me though! I cried multiple times. Just intense and emotional with few mood lightners in between. My kids liked it. Just don't go inexpecting it to be ANYTHING like the original. Totally different!

I saw it and thought it was pretty good. A few little ones were taken out of the theater we were in and you could hear them saying mama I'm scared. So for anyone taking littles I would keep that in mind (these kids looked 7 or younger).

I cried. Just a few very touching spots that I don't think would have hit me a few years ago but really hit me now as I'm getting closer to starting a family and such.

I rather enjoyed it too. It's a very wholesome type of film that you just don't see a lot of these days.

I just saw it, the story line was fine...full of emotion...but, the dark filter they used made it almost unwatchable visually in our theater. The scene where the ranger lady talks to Elliot, then says, "Did you see that?" Everyone in the the theater went...No, no we didn't, it was too dark. This movie had the potential to be visually stunning, if they'd used a trick from 75+ years ago, like Wizard of Oz, and had made the transition from the opening scene to 6 years later visually brighter.
