Just Saved the Date!

I just booked the Quest for the west for July 16,2008 and there was no early booking discount. The only week available with the discount was the last week of Sept. 6. In fact, there was limited availabilty in July!!! And I though we were early

Quest for the West definitely seems to be one of the more popular trips. Was thinking about going 2009 when DS was a little older...will have to make sure I book very early!!

which London/Paris tour did you choose? We're going on the August 1 trip. I called on September 12, and we got the early booking discount! I'm still waiting for my letter and info from ABD though. I'm anxious to get it and see in writing that I got the early booking discount, because when I called back to cancel my trip insurance, the computer glitched and said I was now at full price. They confirmed over the phone that I did still have the discount, but it would be nice to know for sure. I'm so excited about going, can't believe how long we have to wait!

I called about getting a prestay at the hotel in London and they were sold out already. Funny though, I was able to book the hotel independently, so I'm hoping ABD will pick us up at the airport. Either way, I'm sure we'll find our way to the hotel, it's right on the central line tube. I've done this before on my own, but I'm sure it would be a lot more convenient to have a car waiting when I'm with my family.

We are booked for the August 28th trip so we have even longer than you do. Like you I haven't actually received anything from Disney yet. Hoping that something will be coming soon before I start believing I dreamed this all up!

Hi Pixmaus,
I booked around the beginning of August and received my packet yesterday also. It had the travel agreement and the new 2008 brochure in it. Hope this helps.

Like WYBlue, I booked on the first day they announced the new trips. I wouldn't worry about when you get the docs as the 14 days decision time starts from the date you get the info.
