I am so so excited I just did my check in at the TSS and found the perfect add on contract -
I was going to add on 50 at a time ,but given the recent announcement
DH said we might as well just to add another 160 all at once -
That would be one contract for each of our kids later on -
Anyway I found a great loaded contract with 160 points from 2010 and and 160 coming in 2011-
So I am just waiting for a confirmation email -
Then What ?

I believe you'll get paperwork (offer) to sign, if accepted by seller, they sign and send/fax back to agent. You'll send in a check...I recall sending $1000 on a 160 pt. BLT contract...more paperwork to sign and send which goes to ROFR...4 weeks later you get an answer and all remaining paperwork/payment is completed in about 1 week...takes another 3-5 days for points to show up in DVC contract.

In all, the process took us 6 weeks, for 2 resale contract purchases.

Maybe Jason from the TSS is here somewhere and he can tell you exactly what happens.

Really or are you kidding because there are 2 identical contracts from the same owner -
There is also 120 point contract that is really nice and loaded with all of
last years points but that one is a 100.00 a point -
Watch daily for BLT on this list ,I saw it before I got an email -

Really. And we were originally going with your plan too of adding on 50 at a time. Now maybe this will be a sign to him that you just can't wait around to make up your mind
