Just returned from Cypress Pointe Grandvillas

I stayed in a 3 bdrm. Showed some wear and tear on the carpet in places and on the ratan chairs and coffee table. That's the only negatives about the unit I stayed in. It was very big and clean. Checked in early and chose what building and floor I wanted. Everything on the grounds is in walking distance. We even walked over to the phase I swimming pool. Would definitely stay there again. I stayed in a 3 bdrm at Cypress Pointe Phase I last Dec. and the Grandvillas are definetely nicer. The floor plan is much better and Phase I shows its age.
