I just got back from my very 1st trip to Disneyland. It was amazing!

The crowds were small so there was little wait for rides. I stayed at the Camelot and it was a great hotel. The breakfast they offered was really bad but the location made up for it.

Thanks to everyone here for the tips, it made my holiday even better. I can't wait to go back.:cheer2:

How Wonderful:banana:! It is so nice to hear you had a great time. So...have you started planning the return trip, yet?:yay:

Glad you had a great time! I think low crowds really make it easier to experience the "magic" for a first visit. :)

Welcome back. I'm glad you had such a nice visit there. The Camelot is so nice & close. I like that place.

If you could go back and re-experience something at DLR, what would you do again?

So glad you liked Camelot! I'm staying there in March and picked it because of location. I had already heard the breakfast was sub-par, so not too much of a disappointment there. Glad you had fun!

Neat. I keep track of crowd levels, when were your trip dates so I can mark it down in my book.

thanks

Glad you have a great experience and the crowds worked in your favor, etc!!!!

Glad to hear you had a great time. DL is an amazing place and there is so much to see and do!

I do so hope that you will be doing a trip report. I have yet to make my first visit to DL, and I would love to hear what a first-timer has to say.

Glad you had a good time.

Happy to hear you had a great trip! I stayed the Camelot 2 trips ago and thought it was great, I do agree about the breakfast though. We had 5 kids with us so the 1 bedroom suite was wonderful to have!

I can't wait to go back to Disney, I'm heading back in Feb/Mar as part of the Girls Only Trip http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=2251651

We just got back, too! There seemed to be a lot of Canadians. We stayed at Staybridge Suites and it was great (not quite walking distance, though. Just a little further than Garden Walk at near Katella/Manchester/I-5 area). The crowds were non-existent which is what I like on my Disney trips. Longest standby wait was 20 minutes for Nemo.

Glad to hear that you had a great first experience! :goodvibes
Pretty soon Mickey withdrawal will get you planning your second and third trips :lmao:

I am so glad you had a nice trip. Tell us all about it in a trip report. It is so fun to hear about the first impressions of DLR. :goodvibes
