Just reserved "Wishing Place" townhouse in Windsor Hills. Beth was very easy to deal with, gave us a discount for booking a lengthy stay. DH is excited to see Mickey every day that he's not going to spring training games.

Hi,

My family and I just returned from the Wishing Place 2 weeks ago and we had a fabulous time!! You can walk right to the communtiy pool and my 2 daughters loved having their own splash pool to swim in at night. The kids room with the bunkbeds was a huge hit and the beds were very comfortable. Beth was great to work with and w eplan on staying with her again. Have a great time.

a few questions, did you book directly through the owner Beth or did you use a property managment company?

I have a quote from Beth and she will let me book for next May, but a property management company won't quote me till July. Is this the norm?

I booked for Feb. directly with Beth. I would guess, and this is only a guess, that they list the townhouse with an agency also to get more exposure.

I think if you are happy with Beth's quote, might as well go for it. You might end up paying a management fee with the property company? Don't know this either.
