In replying to Alice about Olivia's at OKW, I just remembered a trick we learned while visiting VB in 99. While visiting a dockside restaurant (I forget the name)in VB, the waitress there taught us a little trick concerning our Key Lime Pie. Just take your fork and puncture your pie a few times and then take a lime slice and squeeze the juice over it!!! Boy it sure adds to the flavor of the pie! Has anyone else ever heard of this or am I the only one left on earth that had not known of this!!!!!!!!
