I was surprised it lasted 15 minutes. Didn’t check to see when it got snagged after posting.

I would have guessed gone in a few minutes at most. Now, had it been at 11 months (when most are looking), I bet it wouldn't have lasted 60 seconds.

I checked yesterday 1 hour after it had been posted and it was still there, in fact Feb 11 -19 was available .

Along the same lines (didnt want to start a thread) am a newbie. I have been looking at Value/Concierge rooms at AKV. But noticed that the next two days outside the 11 month are almost always booked up. I get that it is people walking the reservation, but how is it even possible to start walking the reservation when the first day is booked up before the window is even open.

Because they are getting it right at 8 am. And if more days are booked into the 11 month window it means no one is checking out those days either.
