Its been quite a few months since I've popped on this board.

But I'm going to a wedding in 10 days:scared1: -- and decided to try too loose some weight--

I'm trying for 5 lbs-- so that my weight loss in my signature will be correct( I'm up 5 lbs since the last time I was here).

I worked out for 30 minutes this morning--
and I'll try for 8 glasses of water today and really make every bite count.
 
So glad that you've popped back but sorry that life got you five more pounds.

You keep at it and you will get those gone in no time. Stick with it. You can do it!

We'll I exercized again this morning for 30 minutes--
hoping to bump up to 60 minutes by next week.
 

Welcome back! Isn't it nice coming "home" again. I know for me it made all the difference in the world coming back to WISH. Sorry to hear the extra 5 pounds found you, but at least you have caught it and are on your way to sending the extra 5 packing!
