just passed ROFR HHI

so excited that i wanted to share. just found out we passed ROFR today for 200 points HHI. we absolutely love this place and now can enjoy every easter break/summer break with the entire family.
been renting points for years and always considered buying in but the timing wasnt right. came across a contract that we didnt want to pass up so we took the plunge.
how long now until we are in disney system? ( i know we still have to go thru closing)

Just did second add-on at HHI in Feb this is our timeline:

Feb 1st bid accepted
Feb 22 passed ROFR
March 16..closed and points in system on March 18

Went smoothly and quickly....good luck

Congratulations on passing! We are waiting on our first re-sale addon to pass ROFR at HHI right now...the contract was submitted to Disney just this week, and it looks like we'll have to wait approx. 3 weeks to know if it passes or not. I can't wait to get the points in our contract! We've already planned how we want to use the banked & current points...the waiting is torture!!

Thanks for the reply. The waiting was tough. It took exactly three weeks for rofr.
Now I'm having fun trying to figure out how to use the points. Interested in going to wdw in early december ( like every other dvc'er) so
hopefully
closing will be quick so I can reserve right at the 7 month window
I know availabilitly will be limited ( if at all) bu we don't care where we stay as long as we are in WDW
