We just got word tonight from the Timeshare Closing Services - Disney passed on our BCV resale contract and we are officially "in"!!
They are assembling the closing documents and we can't wait to go HOME next year! We only left the BCV a little over 3 weeks ago (although it seems like a lifetime - the "real world" is a whole bunch of NO FUN.) Thanks to all of you for your great advice and support - I'm thrilled to be an "almost" DVC member (as soon as the checks are signed!)
Here are the stats for anyone who is interested:
150 BCV points, $79/point
April use year
40 points from 2004, 150 coming 4/1/05
Seller pays 2004 MF, buyer pays 2005 and closing costs
ROFR 11/12/04, PASSED 11/22/04
