Hi All,
I wasnt going to go to Universal this time as my children are only two and three. But now think we may go for one day.So I wanted to check:
-can we go between the two parks on this one day?
Is there much difference in cost of a one day buying it from the park?

Thanks,
Lynn

p.s.we go this Thursday :cool1:

There's a 1-day 2-park ticket. Pretty sure it's available only at the gate, and I'm sure Phamton will come by and give you a price. Usually if I buy tickets, I just buy the 5-day special for 99.95 and spend a few days.

I believe the 2 year old gets in for free, and if you do the Kids free option online, you would pay $99.75, giving you 5 days.

The 1day/2park ticket is not on the web site, and is sold at the gate. I believe it costs $79. But if you did that option, you'd have to buy the 3 year old a ticket also, so it would cost you $160.

I'd go with the kids free thing.

Really?

It's on the link I posted. This one.

Look at the 2 day / 2 park ticket at the top of the page. It has 3 options to choose. One of them is kids free and 3 free days. You need to buy the ticket online, and do it a day in advance, so it would be a good idea to do it today.
Use a credit card, bring that credit card with you, swipe it at a kiosk machine, and your tickets will print.

did you click on robvia's link as opposed to typing the address out yourself? the kids free/days free is one of the options for the 2 day/2 park pass.

Hi Jenny,
I did click on his link and the Universal site does come up,but not that option!?- can you see the option!???

Lynn :confused3

Problem may be that your being directed to the UK site. Go to the universal site and get on the US version. I'm pretty sure that there is no details of the discounted tickets on the UK site. We booked our tickets through the US site in Feb. Picked them up at the park with no problems.

Should state that by US site I mean American!

Sorted. On the home page, below Kids Free, it says "learn More". Click on that. It's all there.

Thanks again,
Lynn

Just to bring this thread to a close - tickets baught, and Ive never of known about the kids free.So Im really grateful for you steering me in the right direction...may even go for a couple of days now!!!

Thanks again,
Lynn :cool1:

Go to the universal site and click on "Hot deals" at the top.

Here they have buy a 2 day/2 park adult ticket and get free kid ticket. Do the math. This could be cheaper.

Even though you only need one kid ticket, sometimes I get the extra free kid ticket anyway and give it to someone at the gate. Makes somebody's day!
