They were all really helpful. I feel like G was the least helpful/ friendly of the 3. They went out of their way to help with anything and everything. Our kids loved them, too. I can't think of any real cons about them.

Just a quick question regarding the "least helpful". Was he the one who was assigned to the desk/computer most of the time? If so, I've experienced this before. There are two who roam and spend time with the guests while one is assigned to the paperwork, computer entry, etc. This would seem to rotate between the different hosts depending on the cruise. Tracey and PJ were really helpful on our first cruise, while the third host (I'm forgetting her name. She's since left Disney.) wasn't nearly as helpful, but she was always really busy at the desk doing paperwork and computer entry.
