Oh. Ours was probably too small then. It was a 2 bedroom.Sorry, just now saw this! Ideally we would be looking for a 3 bedroom. Thank you for any info you could share!!

Oh, then yes. Bedroom 2 has 2 twins and its own bath! It was absolutely fabulous in terms of location and the hosts were great.A 2 bedroom would work if the second bedroom had two beds. Our pre-teens are opposite genders, so separate beds would be better.
We had first seating and the latest we got back to the ship was around 6:30 and had time to take quick showers and showed up do the MDR just before 7pm; since our server told us that as long as we were back by 7pm that we would be able to eat in the MDR.Our Eze/Monaco excursion had an 8:30 time and we got back at almost 7pm. This was due to horrible traffic around Cannes. We went to Cabanas that night.
Our Rome excursion had a 7:15 time and we got back at 6pm. Made it to early dinner no problem. Server told us as long as we were there by 6:45 he could still serve us, after 6:45 no go.
I thought the Rome day would be the worst but we were actually much more hot and tired with Cannes/Eze.

you flew all the way to europe for a 5 day cruise?
we were thinking about this cruise for next summer, since it's the only med cruise being offered in july next year (all the other med cruises are in may and june)...
but instead we booked the 7 day barcelona to dover cruise....
i'd rather do the med than the barcelona to dover, but 5 days seems too short..
Could you share the name/website of the private driver you used, and the cost (for Rome)? Thanks!
In Rome we used romeinlimo after reading up on tour companies on the boards and our driver was fantastic! I had never done private tours before this trip and we did one in Livirno to Cinq Terre and in Rome. Cinq Terre was ...meh...but really enjoyed having a driver in Rome. I believe it was around 500 Euro.
Thanks so much, Tink.
We are actually booked on a cruise that will stop in La Spezia, which seems geared toward a day in Cinque Terre. What made it "meh" for you?
Yes! It's actually a combined unit. Very cool. It took me a couple loads to really understand the dryer cycle, but it was so convenient! There's also a grocery store diagonal, a dog park across the street, a remarkable pastry bakery a block away, and a really excellent tapas restaurant just a couple blocks out.Thank you sincerely for the recommendation! It even has a washer and dryer!!
Not everyone is able to take a ton of vacation time. (And they said they spent time on both ends). I’ve never had a job where I can feasibly take off more than 5 work day’s in a row, we aren’t all lucky enough to have that option.you flew all the way to europe for a 5 day cruise?

I'm wondering debarking today had trouble getting to the airport.

Lol I forgot it's almost August. The Summer has just flown by. Won't be long now to were under 100 degrees. The Magic is in Dover today in route to their Northern European itineraries. Feel bad for anybody needing transportation in Barcelona. Cabs were certainly the way to go.
I don't know where you're at, but I'd just be happy to be below 110 degrees!Lol I forgot it's almost August. The Summer has just flown by. Won't be long now to were under 100 degrees.
ThanksOP, I would have thought 5 days was too short for flying to Europe but I love the sound of your trip! What a variety of places and experiences you had in not a long period of time. Kudos to your for planning this interesting trip and thanks for reporting back.
