I am a terrible procrastinator and just now looking at booking our vacation for this Summer. The cruise I am leaning towards is 61 days from today. Would it make more sense to hurry up and book today since it is before the 60 day pay in full window or has anyone's experience been better to wait until 59 days? This is only our second cruise, so we are Silver level. Since I won't be able to see what excursions are available until after I book I am slightly anxious everything will already be claimed. I am usually much more prepared than this, but life happened and I'm trying to stay positive.

If you would cancel if you couldn't get (enough) excursions, then you are better off booking before the cancellation policy kicks in. You will still need to pay in full in order to book activities, but you could then cancel if you're not happy with the choices.

That is assuming you're not booking a restricted fare or a Concierge room -- those have penalties beginning as soon as they're booked.
