I just checked and I think what she is referring to is the DCL gifts and things that you used to order through a book that came with your cruise documents.

On the DCL website it is under the heading of RATES, DATES AND MORE that is at the top of the site. Click on that and scroll all the way to the bottom. There will be a heading of GIFTS and under that is EXCLUSIVE MERCHANDISE.
