My husbands dressing up as Santa and they want me to give my nephew money for xmas because he has to many toys.
Did I mention he is almost 2.8 yrsold. How do you sit on Santa and get a check? I just don't get it. So I bought him a toy.
I figure they can save for his college themselves. Let his education be their responsability

She just gave away the old sick man's dog--his pride & joy!
He's had the dog, a laid back, well behaved Boston Terrier, since it was a pup, for 8 years, now. He is distraught, 79 years old & ill.

I'm lucky, my inlaws are great. My FIL butts in where he doesn't belong on occassion but even then, his hearts in the right place. My MIL is great and a wonderful Mimi to my kids.

I'm truly sorry for those who aren't as fortunate. I know that can be miserable.

I do like all my inlaws, even liked Dad's wives 1 through 3, but wife #4...is..is a piece of work.
Oh, BTW, while my lips are shut(at least for now ) DSis called the witch (oops! sorry, typo!) )in question. DSis was civil, but direct, reminding #4 that we found & paid for the dog & have stated many, many times we would pay for vet bills or other pup related expenses & even transportation if they wanted to give Bonnie back TO US.
She says Dad is fine with it
DSis, "Well, what does he say about this?"
#4: "He doesn't say anything, he hardly talks to anyone anymore"

We are now talking about flying him out here for an extended vacation.
Thanks for letting me vent, this has kept me up now for 3 nights.
