Just Made PS For LTT for MNSSHP!!

Oh, I also booked PS for MVMCP, they are requiring a credit card for the Christmas Party PSs.

That's odd, they didn't ask for my credit card. I asked if they needed it and I was told they didn't. Again, it must be a case of who you talk to at 1-407-WDWDINE

Anyway, I was able to book a 5 pm PS for LTT on 12/14/03! I just can't wait!!! :Pinkbounc Mickey

IUVTOGO- hi from another SJ disney fan

I just called for 10/31 and was offered 5:25, 5:40 and 6pm. I took 5:25. I'd try and call back.

I just got PS for the 5 of us on Sun. 10/5 at 5:10. I called WDWDINE, and the first CM said she got a directive on her screen to transfer us to another # (WDW reservation services, I think, it was an 800#), and when she did there was a menu which said "for dining press 3". I did, and got transfered back to WDWDINE! The second CM said at first that 10/5 was sold out, then she said maybe it came up that way because it is more than 60 days out. She then looked at something else and said "Oh, Okay..." she proceeded to read the directions as she was inputting the info onto the computer, and lo and behold it came up! I was so excited to get the PS, and for a good time, that I forgot to ask if you could get PS for CP, or just LTT. Anyone else know?
The CM said if you have any early PS and complete your meal before the party starts, the CMs will escort you out of the park until the party to wait until 7:00.
I was told this, also. But I'm trying to figure out how they would do this? I mean, do they have a CM follow each party in this situation to the restaurant and wait there while they eat? How do they know as all the diners are exiting the restaurant which ones only have tickets for the party, do they ask to see your PHs? It just doesn't sound feasible to me. maybe it's just wishful thinking on my part.

They only offer LTT this early...you can book CP at 60 days though.

They will NOT make you exit the park if you are done eating before 7:00p. They will have you wait in front of LTT for 7:00p.

When you arrive at the park, they will give you a wristband in exchange for the party tickets and this is how the restaurant will know you are going to the party. They will only escort out of the park, those that are NOT attending the party...but MOST people eating at LTT will be party goers as we're all booking it up now!!!

I asked about Candelite Processional packages and was told that it's going to be another 4-6 weeks before they have the info loaded to do the PS arrangements. Mickey

This board is fabulous!!! I'm so new at this PS/Special Event stuff that I would have totally missed this great opportunity if there weren't all these great folks on the boards!

I just book LTT for Oct 26th at 5:10!!! My first PS booked for our trip in Oct.

CM confirmed that if we finish dinner at 6:10 (said most people eat in an hour) that there is a place we can 'hang out' before the party starts. We don't have to exit the park as somebody else above mentioned.

Have a blast everybody and thanks!!!

donna in oz and MickeyMagic -

I just called today - the 19th is sold out. But that's OK - Disney just made a hard decision for me . . .

Our first day at WDW is the 19th. Our tradition for the first day is always to get to MK at opening - tour the park until 11:30am - and then have lunch at LTT.

Well, we are going to MNSSHP on the 19th so I couldn't decide if we should not follow tradition and skip lunch at LTT (which I didn't really want to do) and do dinner there instead (didn't want to eat both meals there in the same day). I also really wanted to have the experience of coming off the monorail and entering the party from the entrance.

Now we'll have dinner at the Poly and head over to the party at 6:30-ish. Can't wait!

Debbie

Debbie . . . If you really want LTT, keep trying!!

Here's the end of my story: After being told three separate times yesterday that the 19th of October was sold out, I persisted and called again first thing this morning.

For some reason, I now had several time slots to choose from, and ended up getting PS for 6:05. Who knows why . . . . perhaps they make a certain number of PS's available each day ??

Anyway, I'm excited . . . keep trying. I'd love to see you there!!

I just made a PS for the 31st and they told me they only had 6:35 available so I took it.

Is this a bad time to eat? If it takes us an hour to eat, not to mention IF we even get seated at a time Near 6:35, probably more like 7:00 I'm assuming. What will we miss from the party? What actully starts at 7:00?

All of the reports are kind of vague about what actually goes on. Please inform. Why is it better to start the party in the back?

Tinkrbell,

I also could only get the 6:35 ps on the 31st also. I would also like to know if it is worth it to eat at LTT and miss some of the party or skip eating at LTT?

Well, IMHO, I'm going that night for the party and eating is secondary...I did get a 5:05p PS so I'm happy BUT if I got anything after 6:15p, I wouldn't have booked it...

I would rather wait till 60 days out and book Crystal Palace for an earlier time (between 5:00 and 6:00)...

The party starts at 7:00p and Main St. fills up right away for the first parade. The photo lines grow fast etc... I wouldn't want to miss a minute of the festivities because of eating...

Another option is, after about 4:00p, they will let you in with just your MVMCP/MNSSHP ticket (they did last year) so technically, you don't have to eat somewhere to get in to the park early. At 6:00p they will usher everyone with wristbands to Tomorrowland (and the rest with wristbands are probably eating in a restaurant!) and they will escort everyone without tickets to the front gates.

Good luck!

Thanks to this board I just booked LTT for October 19th at 5:45 PM :) & there were several time choices available.

Gee, what a difference a day makes. When I called yesterday for a LTT PS on 10/19 I was told it was completely sold out. I called again today and got a 5:30pm PS. There were all kinds of times available...earliest being 5:05pm.

What is up with that? When I called yesterday the CM I spoke to said they couldn't book advance PSs at LTT "until May 9th". I told her "um, it's May 17th". So, maybe I wasn't dealing with the brightest bulb. :p

I called yesterday and was offered lots of times for October 31st...we made our PS for 5:35 PM. I can't wait!!!
