Because we booked 2 adjoining room(traveling with 3 kids) My name is on 1 cabin and DH's name is on the other! When I made my ressie for Palo, it only lists his name for the guest attending the dinner! It does say ressie for 1-2 people though! Do they think that he will be dining alone...or does it even matter because the smallest tables are for 2? The web-site doesn't even offer a way to manually add a name!

I did the same thing....two connecting rooms and the Palo ressie in only DH's name. I figured since it said "1 - 2" guests it would be no problem when we both show up for dinner. Does anyone know if all the people in the dining party need to be listed on the reservation?

Don't worry, you can just add spouse's name later. Actually does not even need to be on there. at Palo, all they look at is cabin # and number of guests. We added 4 more people when we got onboard and they just asked for the cabin numbers. Did not even ask the names.

It is kinda strange that linked cabins for a family can't take advantage of the early ressies, etc. We are doing the REAS, so I was able to book my name to Palo, ressies, etc. Our 2nd cabin is in wifes name, and cannot book her or daughters stuff til 90 days out. So, I guess we have half of our ressies done!

But back to your question, don't sweat it at all. You could have your spouses name on the ressie, and show up with a buddy, and they would not care at all.
One good benefit to two cabins is that you could make TWO Palo ressies. One in each name, if you really wanted to.

HEH, HEH, HEH! I did that! We have a ressie under my name for Monday night and a ressie for Tuesday night under DH's name! I don't think that I am actually going to use both..but I want to see what night the variety show is...and eat at Palo that night!

I would try to go both nights if I were you. I love Palo's and it is worth the surcharge. Wonderful benefit of booking two rooms!
