OK I'm out for a drive
There is construction, cut the street to one lane in each direction
Its dark with very few lights
There is traffic, pretty heavy but moving at 45
Now lets add the fact that its also raining
Then why, please tell me why there is someone driving a foot off of my back bumper with no headlights on.
This person flipped on a signal, swerved to turn then pulled back into the lane and turned the signal off.
They just disappeared into the dark, just to become an occasional flash. They were so close that I could not even see their bumper.
This just has to be darwinism in action.....
