I just hung up with a great CM and he told me that they have just opened up a ton of times for alot of restaurants. He said they usually hold back alot of times for many reasons most of which he said are because of the dining plan (which we do not do). He said that many people are changing their reservations because better times have become available. Dont know how much truth there is to this but.....

We are going in 45 days and I was able to get anytime I wanted for Boma breakfast or dinner, Kona breakfast, CP breakfast (8:05 thank you very much!), and Cape May Clambake. I also snagged a 5:20pm dinner at Le Cellier. The CM said the only things that are sold out during the week 10/14 to 10/20 are Le Cellier dinner, CM breakfast and dinner and CRT for all meals.

Interesting!! :surfweb: IMO I think it was easier to get reservation the time of year you are going because it is not as crowded as other times of the year.

the last week of august we booked our october trip (last year) I was able to get dining reservations pretty much everywhere we wanted to go with the exception of CRT.

ENJOY your dining!!! I wish i was going in october again this year! Its such a great time to visit!!!! :thumbsup2

A lot of trips get cancelled 45 days out and dining opens up at that time because the bill comes due, so people cancel. Disney isn't holding it open, it opens when cancelled.

Thanks for the information... hopefully those who have been experiencing trouble getting ADR's will start calling. :)

We're going the last week of Sept - I called at 45 days before, 30 days before (always was able to change at 30 days!) and I've been calling daily!!

(eta - i have adrs for all our days, I just was trying to get a later FDP and make a change to try a new place - no biggie, just curious that I cant!)

NO way are there availability at the EPCOT restaurants (I think it may be because of the Teppynaki closing - they may have decided not to open up any more tables?? :confused3

either that or the last week of Sept is going to be way crowded!! No resort openings, no adr changes??? It wont be Spring Break, 4th of July crowded... but I'm thinking it will be crowded like summer days!! Food and Wine!! :cool1:
