Welcome home! We're over at VGF. We're practically neighbors!I just wanted to say hello and introduce myself as one of DVC's newest members!!
I bought points for my daughter and I at the Polynesian on the last day of our trip last week, so I've been a member since Friday and I'm so excited!!

I hate to be the first negative post, but I have to ask, why didn't you buy VGF resale? The vast majority of "benefits" offered direct cost more than they're worth. I'd highly advise, if the Grand Floridian is your favorite, to do some research, consider rescinding, and buy VFG resale. The chances of getting a studio at VGF with your PVB points is practically zero.Originally I wanted to buy VGF since the GF is my all time favourite resort, but Disney has no points available right now and the Poly is a close second for my favourite resort and they made it sound like there were so many benefits for me and my personal situation to choose the Poly
The benefits I'm referring to are the fact that my parents own POLY and we often vacation together, and have the same use year on our points, so it worked out quite nicely for family vacations. I haven't written off buying VGF resale. I only bought a small contract at the Poly and will need to add points at some point, so VGF is something that I'm considering.I hate to be the first negative post, but I have to ask, why didn't you buy VGF resale?
