Just how good is the OV from Aulani's GV?

I've read that some people have toured a GV. We are planning a large family trip there in June 2013 and want to stay in the GV. Are all the OV units for the GV on the ends of the buildings on the ocean side? If we are going to use that many points, I want to know what I'll be getting.

There is a thread right now on the "Misc" portion of the DVC boards, that has pictures of the GV. IT LOOKS AMAZING!

All of Aulani's Grand Villas are on the end caps facing the ocean of either the Waianae Building or the third building, which is not yet open. The Waianae Building has a Standard View GV on the 1st floor; the others on floors 2 - 11 are Ocean View. The third building, which is scheduled to open in 2013, has Standard View GVs on the 2nd and 3rd floors, and Ocean View GVs on floors 4 - 11.
