what a weekend.... Friday big storm- LOVED IT....kids went to their dads, Work closed so I didnt have to go in. Went out to eat with DBF, and then did some christmas shopping. Stopped at the local bar on the way home played a couple games of pool.
Saturday went to work, got out at 6.
Met DBF about 8, stopped at the pub, shot a game of pool and then went and did more christmas shopping. Came back, picked up a friend who needed a ride home
Sunday stayed in bed till 1:30 got up and wrapped some of the presents. Went out for dinner, and finally found the stereo for DD8 that we'd been looking for all weekend. Came home, watched Christmas with the Kranks, wrapped the rest of the presents, and went to bed.
It was just a lazy weekend but it was the best Ive had in a LONG time....just DBF and I for the majority of the weekend....he even wrapped DD9's presents while I wrapped DD8's....so much for his grinch attitude!
Then this morning....he left for work at 5, used the last of the 1/2 and 1/2 in his thermos, ran to the store bought more and brought it back so I had some for my coffee when I got up......
My face sorta hurts from smiling so much...
