Just had the best date

with my husband. He is off of work today so I called him and told him he could pick me up at my office and take me out to lunch.

It was really nice to reconnect. All you parents know how hard it is to get alone time together.

DH & I never get out alone at night, but now that DD is in Kindergarten we have met a couple of times for lunch and it's always nice...

that is wonderful!!!! DH and I really try to make little dates here and there to reconnect and have "us" time! It really does wonders for the relationship....especially when you have little ones!!!
