Just Got Wife's Approval!!!

My wife is a school teacher so we are restricted to when we can go the WDW. We went last year for spring break and it rained almost everyday, but we had such fun just being away from the routine and real life. It also was our first time being at WDW just the two of us, a new stage in our life. Well when I saw that Disney had the free dining promotion and the week we can go was an included week I started my efforts to get her to agree to go again. Tonight she finally agreed so tomorrow, a day off for me, I will make our reservations. I always enjoy calling Disney to make reservations just to talk to a CM and start that Disney feeling!!

I can feel the excitement starting and I will so be ready after another long winter in Chicago!!

Any ideas or suggestions on how we can enjoy our vacation please let me know. We will be down there from March 25th - March 30. We always drive, it enhances the experience for us!!

Congratulations on the go-ahead for and planning your trip! Start thinking about the restaurants you want to get ADRs for and any must-dos.

I have made one ADR, Le Cellier. We have tried to get in there for so many years, but we don't plan our trips far enough in advance. So I don't have the ideal reservation, Sunday March 25 at 4:45, but at least I have one know and I will be able to experience what everyone is raving about.

I will continue to search for a better time and change if ones opens up.

If you look online for that week you will find lots of reservations for LeCellier for a party of 4. Just book whatever time you want & call & get the # of people modified.

Just tried this suggestion and it worked!! I entered a party of 4 and I now have a couple of dinning options for everyday. Basically the options are either 5:40pm or 7:10pm both are more attractive than the 4:45 I got for just a party of two.

Question: When should I modify the reservation to two? Should I wait until March and cancel or should I do it now?

I just call whenever you get a chance & they'll change it from a party of 4 to a party of 2.
