JUST Got SSR - GV for 3 nights pre-cruise, JULY

We just got the SSR-GV for 3 nights for our pre-cruise in July

Can anyone please tell me the best location to request?

We are not doing parks and will want to go to DTD.

I was on the dis yesterday and saw a thread about someone getting a GV 3 months out. I didn't even open the thread but just glanced over it.
Then, decided to call on a whim. The CM that picked up first said no, they have been sold out for months, nothing is ever available so close to date and was kind of saying she didn't want to look. I actually said well can you just look to see if anything is available? She said ok and said, oh my, there is a SSR-GV available (where we wanted to stay, our home resort) and I took it as fast as she said it.

My mother, dd and I are also going one night before the full group comes down on Thurday and we upgraded from Studio at BWVs to 2 bedroom Lake View at BLT. I would have done MK View but only 3 points left in my account for 2011 LOL

So, moral of story, if CM says no availability, make sure they actually checked first.

We are going to SSR foe 3 nights as well, pre cruise, on the Disney Dream Thanksgiving cruise- let me know how your stay is!! And, congrats!!

Ask for Congress Park. It is an easy walk to DTD. Enjoy!

I wouLd request Congress Park or the Springs. CP is closest to DTD, plus the quiet pool/room views of DTD are amazing! LOVE SSR!
