Just got our Thanksgiving Trip set!

So I need ideas for Thanksgiving dinner- any suggestions? We aren't locked into the turkey idea- we're willing to try something else, but where?

We have an ADR at captains grille at the beach club for dinner and plan on thanksgiving dinner at one of the resorts for lunch

We are doing Boma this year. Never been there before, and excited for the mix of traditional Boma foods mixed with traditional Thanksgiving items.

I know this isn't going to be what you want to hear, but you really just need to go online and see what is stll available. I don't believe you are going to have alot to choose from. Your best bet is probably going to be a resort restaurant. We are eating at Cape May Cafe at the Beach Club. We have heard lots of good reviews. Good luck!

I was going to make the suggestion as the previous poster - go online and see what's available. We made our Thanksgiving week reservations at 180 days. About 3 weeks ago I realized that our Thanksgiving day reservation for Whispering Canyon was going to interfere with the Dallas Cowboy kick-off which was going to be a problem with my husband. I was able to snag a Kona cafe reservation for an hour earlier. The choices were getting limited at that time. Be flexible! We probably aren't going to the parks that day, so a resort worked great for us. When we went on a previous Thanksgiving we did the Polynesian Luau. That was fun too!

I'll be there Thanksgiving week as well. We are having a late lunch at Liberty Tree (1:30, but the CM and ADR both say it's a dinner). Reservations are getting hard to come by for that week, so definitely make your ADRs now!

Actually, the Disney Reservations site is showing 58 restaurants with availability for Thanksgiving day dinner. (I used a party of 4 to see what was still out there).

This year I am doing Chef Mickeys...Managed to snag that one about a month or so ago...

In years past I have done Cape May Cafe which is wonderful.

Congrats on Artist Point. Enjoy! We will be there that week too. We are doing Crystal Palace for lunch and Ohana for dinner. Hoping that game doesn't interfere with those plans.
