Just got off the phone with MS!

I booked our stay from 12/2-12/12. I haven't gotten an answer from guests yet, but I'm going to assume SOMEONE will fill the second bedroom! If no one agrees by June, I'll try to change down to a 1 bedroom.

BTW, Jazella was a very competant and friendly MS castmember!

I will call tomorrow to finish booking our 12/15 - 12/20 stay. No guests with us this time.

I also called today to add another day to our December vacation. Almost fell out of my chair......

Put the phone on speakerphone, dialed the 800 number, hit 3, and 3 again to bypass the menus. Started to swing the chair around to get back on the computer to continue working on my DVC-Tracker program, and listen to the normal recorded messages. You know, the ones that say "All our agents are busy creating magical vacations for others right now", etc, etc, and "Your wait time may be a little longer because members are planning their December vacations?"

But instead, no message. Over the speaker phone I hear a voice: "Hello, this is ????, how may I help you."

I turn back, unbelieving. Was that a real voice I heard? Did it rain Pixie dust all of a sudden? Yes, Yes...

In a daze I gave her the information. It happened so fast I couldn't even remember her name. The time from when I dialed the first digit for the 800 number, to ending the call and hanging up, was definitely under a minute total, probably closer to 30 seconds.

Me too! I've had no problem getting through to MS for two days now. I was sooooo worried, too! I'm still a little nervous about getting Christmas Eve and Christmas Day reserved, though. I'll be happy when I'm all done with our BWV reservations for Dec 17th - 28th!

Good to know that calling at 9am limited wait time. I get to start calling next week for a 7 month window with everyone who wants to go next xmas. I already told my classes that I may need to step out of the room for a few moments.

But my call was at about 11:00 am. That's why I was surprised so much

I got Jazella right away too! I guess most folks are done making their early Dec. ressies, so there is a bit of a break before the Christmas week ones start.

Jean, I can't believe you asked WHICH resort!!!
