Just got off a 4 night, a few suggestions

We were in 6080, right in the middle, which was great the first night because it was swaying with the winds that night and the room is right over the stabelizer, it's why we chose it. The weather was absolutely gorgeous for us, when we left it looked like it was going to be hot and rainy this week. The staff on the boat said that the two weeks before us were all rain and they were glad to see some good weather for us. I say just keep checking the weather channel for Orlando and check for the Bahamas also, big temperature difference. It was a great cruise, just the noise for a problem. Had to pick that week because hubby is a teacher and yes the prices are incredibly higher that week than two weeks before. Already booked for Christmas 2008 for Costa Maya and Cozumel. Now we've got 22 months to pay for it before we go.

yep that first night was a doozy-good thing i do not get seasick, when i went in the bathroom i actually felt like i had been drinking, it was really rocky in there, had to hold on to keep my balance

What time are fireworks at? My kids could probably make it to 10:00, but not much beyond that at 5 and 7 years old.

we were on the same cruise as the op, we never heard any noise in the hallways, perhaps because we were at the very end of the hallway? we loved this cruise and booked the same one for next year, pres week, did it onboard with the discount and room credit. the weather was awesome. we did the discover atlantis tour and really enjoyed it. my daughter had a great time in the clubs, my pager never went off once, had to drag her out of there. i cannot believe it went so quickly. back to the ice and snow

The problem is that it kind of depends on what time zone you are from...
For us, from the Mountain Time Zone 10pm Eastern is only 8pm... and if you're from the west coast, it's only 7pm!

We booked the later seating at dinner against all the advice because the 'early' seating would have our 4 y.o. DD trying to eat dinner at 3:30 in the afternoon...

There's just no way you can please everyone on the timing.


Sorry about the noise tho! We always travel with white noise machines - no matter where we stay.
