Just got my very first useful Disney visa offer

I just got my very first Useful Disney Visa offer.
I have had this card for more then a year. I got nothing extra for signing up. I only used this card today, because I wanted to use a card that I had plans to soon cancel. This may be the first time I have ever used this card.

After using my card I got the following email offer:
- Free 5x7 photo at Ariel's grotto California Adventure
- 10% off select merchandise locations in DisneyLand
- 10% dining discount at some DisneyLand California places to eat (several listed)

- Special vacation package including
- reserved seating for some snow white show
- preferred parade viewing area
(Above may turn out to be of no value, depending on package purchase requirements and price).

Was my timing such, that this offer was being sent to me anyway, and it just looked like I got the offer because I used the card?

Have others recieved a similar offer?

I am going to DL next month (a trip that we planned several months ago).

I got that offer by email today. I use my card sporadically.

I use my Disney Visa for EVERYTHING! Trying to rack up the $ for our Oct trip. Do they have any WDW FL offers? The way this card works, I will not be using it after our trip. I plan to go back to the AMEX card rewards.
