Just got my ME tags with wrong name

Hello,
I have my WL reservation with my name as primary but listed my parents, sister & brother separate and requested ME tags. The names are correct on my confirmation but wrong on the ME tags & vouchers. My sister's has my parent's last name. She will be on a different flight and will arrive at a much later time. Her tag has my parent's last name, not hers. What should I do? It took 2 months to get these, will I need to request new ones for her?

Did you book DME directly through Disney or through a travel agent? Either way, all you need to do is call Disney, explain what happened, ensure all of the information is correct and request new tags & confirmations be sent out immediately. The number I have is 866-599-0951.

it's not that you waited months for them to process tags, they just don't process them immediately when you book. Call DME on the toll free number listed with your docs (I don't know it off hand) and explain the situation. They can express docs if need be to you.

I got 2 sets of docs from DME overnighted to Canada last week. It's nothing to fret over

YOu just need to find out where they got the names from. Disney is notorious for keeping old information.

thank you for the information and phone number. I just got off the phone and the CM is going to send me new documents. At first he said not to worry about it and said they don't really look at the name or check I.Ds. I was going to go with that but at the last minute he changed his mind and is sending new ones since we have time before our departure. It's probably for the best since my sister has never done ME and I know she'd be concerned about it being wrong and not getting on the bus.

I know how it got on there wrong...My original reservation had my sister's name wrong (because I wasn't thinking) and I called them to change it after I received my confirmation, apparently it was never changed in their system. All is well.

If you don't get your new yellow tags in time you can write in the correct information on the tags you did get, drawing one line through each word that needed to be changed. (Don't mark through the bar code.)
