Just got december wait list BLT studio 1-8

Waitlisted dec 1-8 at BLT lake view at 7 months. It came through this weekend, don't know if it's to do with the crazy inventory problem, but I'm excited. I requested a North tower, High floor, even numbered room based on some searching. Was that the right request to make?

Also worth noting the MS person I spoke with to put in the request was rather harsh and crabby. Not the standard disney fair, but even she couldn't rain on my parade.

That was the right request to make. We had a lovely partial MK view when we were there a couple years ago.

Sweet! I traded reservations with a BLT owner since I couldn't run the risk of not having a room as a back up ... but was watching the availability of BLT, so you got very lucky!

I'll be there at the same time as you in a 2 bedroom lake view (Dec 1-6), and have the same requests in (except the north part, I don't really care about seeing the MK just want the even number for the way the rooms are configured and a high floor for obvious reasons).

That's great news about your BLT waitlist coming through. It gives me hope that my waitlist for BLT for Dec. 1-8 for a 2-BR may come, too. No news yet.

Congrats. A while ago I was able to book a week at BC just a month out. I'd been checking every day (not even bothering to wait list it because I knew I'd never get it).. Then the planets aligned, there was a break in the clouds and one day the whole week was open.. right place at right time, I guess..
