Just got back....

Our trip was great as usual! Loved the area where Santa is at the Reindeer Roundup, it is such a cute backdrop and was nice to get one other than the cheesy chair/throne at the mall for once!

Matterhorn was already up and running all day Monday and Tuesday so we got to ride that quite a few times. Both sides were running today!

Can't wait to get back in February!! Hope all of you going soon have a wonderful time.

Nope, it was running all day Monday, went on it three times. The board and ride closure signs said it was down, but it definitely was not!

Being that it is my Dis namesake, I would not joke or lie about such a thing!!!

Andrea (aka Matterhorn, my favorite ride and I was so sad I was gonna have to miss it, and am so glad I got to ride it, it was meant to be!!!)

well good, my cousin who is going on Friday da 15th wanted to ride it... and since its suppose to open on the 16th, he would have to wait till next year...

me go ride it tomorrow... gotta take ppl in :/

No fastpass! The line moves really quickly usually though. We got lucky the first day and happened to be at Alice right when we saw them testing it! A case of the right place at the right time, we rode it three times in a row as a walk on! No one knew it was open yet.

Word spread fast though and I heard people all day getting excited and practically running to it once they heard it was open! The line did get pretty long for most of the day.

No huge changes as far as I could see. I am assuming it was just regular needed maintanance since it didn't go down during the 50th like it usually does!

I'm super excited and can't wait!!

I'll be there just for the day but 1 day away from work is heaven for me! My boyfriend and I have reservations for Blue Bayou. I can't wait to try their new menu!!! Yipeee!!!

I am sure you are right!! I had six kids in line with me so I didn't get to really look it over too much!!
