It was all good. We landed about 9:45am. No tags. We did a last minute trip. We grabbed our bags and didn't know that you were suppose to be at the A section. We flew NWA and the bag claim is at the B section. We went around and around looking for DME service at the B section. Then we finally gave up and asked. Come to find out DME is at the A section. We found the CMs wearing the Mickey's glove. We got a voucher from the DME desk. It took us about 2 hours from the time we landed. I am sure it would have only taken maybe an hour and a half to get to the resort.

First stop was at AKL. No one got off. What a waste of time. Next stop was CSR, then POP.

It was nice that we didn't have to wait hours to retrieve our bags because we took the bags with us. He stored it for us. And when we got to POP, he grabbed it and tipped him and thanked him.

We ended up at the Poly for our last night. I called DME and she gave me a confirmation and told me to go to the lobby and get a voucher. I went to the airline check in booth and grabbed our voucher for the next day departure. So all we needed was to show the voucher and our resort key cards.

The bus came to WL first and then they picked us up from the Poly, and then we went to GF and on our way. It took about an hour to get to the NWA drop off. We were the last drop off.

Everything went smooth. I would use this service again. And it's free.

Glad you had a good experience. Too bad the driver didnt verify, what resorts were onboard prior to departure, (it would have been even faster). Thanks for showing your appreciation for the service you recieved.

Thanks for the Report! I will be using the Service for the First time Tomorrow. I probably will also bring my bags on the Bus, even though I have Tags, just knowing that they will be in my possesion at all times.

One Less thing to Worry About!

do all ME users go on one bus or are certain buses for certain resorts that are located in the same area?

You all go to the same area but there are different buses for the different resorts. Several resorts share a bus.
