Just got back!!! Pirate Firework Voyage and 1st time at Value Resort

The cruise sounds great! How large is the boat/how many people are on it? Did you have to book 180 days out? I'm thinking my 4 y/o boat and pirate fan might LOVE this!

Also, this may seem like an odd question, but how loud are the fireworks from there? We've always have to "hide" in an inside attraction during the fireworks on my son's last 2 trips. I'm hoping by our next trip he'll be ok with them! He'll be almost 5 when we go!

We sat about 3/4 per row depending on the size of the family and we estimated that there were about 20 rows (10 on each side of the isle). Maybe a couple more, but we were in row 12 and were just slightly to the back of the boat.

This was sort of a last minute trip for us, so I don't think I booked more than 2 months out.

The sound of the fireworks was definitely less intense on the boat. I would not hessitate to take someone who is scared of fireworks due to the noise. Then you could enjoy them too! If you decide to do the cruise- have fun!!!

I'm going to move this to our trip report board.

When I went, which was Thursday for Hollywood Studios, I would estimate just the line to get fast passes for Toy Story was an hour long. We never was able to get to that one. I walked by what I thought was the standby line to find the fast pass distribution only to find that the line that ran clear out of that section was the line to fast pass distribution.

We went to HS on Tuesday, Wednesday for evening emh, and Friday for morning emh. Wednesday evening standby was 120min. Everyday I checked on Mobile Magic, FP were gone by about 1pm. Crazy. :scared1:
