Just got back from BWV!!

Hi Everyone,
Just wanted to let everyone know I just got back from my first trip home to a one bedroom at the BWV. It was awesome. We left August 30th and returned home on Saturday. Any questions please ask. Alot of construction all over the BVW's. Probably almost 1/2 the rooms out of commission.
We were originally in room 2041 which was right over the general store. Great view the only problem was that the balcony was solid and my daughter couldn't see over unless she got up on the outside table (dangerous) so we moved on Monday to 4041. Great room, great view!!!
One question for all you vets, where do I write to to complain about the bus service? That was the only downfall. We were lumped in with the Dol & Swa. and the Y&B. It would take us on average of 45 minutes to get back from the Magic Kingdom and almost 1 hour from downtown disney. Everytime we took the bus home it took forever. So after talking to several busdrivers, they said that they have herd so many complaints and that they want people to complain to try to change the system. I think the D & S should have there own bus. We never even dropped anyone off or picked anyone up there every time we went by.

Questions:

1) are they working on the standard view rooms, Yet?
2)Are they still working on the rooms facing Luna Park Pool?

I hope you will write a snailmail letter to the manager of the Boardwalk itself or to guest communications about the buses....I have always just gotten off at the Swan and walked back to the BWV for the very reason you mentioned...but at a deluxe resort I should not have to...

Yes I am planning on writing a letter. I complained at the front desk and they said they have herd that all week. So it definately is a problem. I just don't think 5 hotels should be grouped together. Esp when the moderates have there own buses you don't see them grouped together. We waited one night at DTD for almost 45 minutes for a bus. We counted 4 CS buses and 3 PO buses. I just don't get it. Why lump them together??
As far as the construction, Yes almost 1/2 of the rooms overlooking Luna Park are under construction. Also overlooking the water near Atlantic Dance. And overlooking the boardwalk over Big River Grill. So I do believe that most of the Preferred Views are under construction. I didn't see anything happening at the standard views?? So I think those are ok!!!

We've be going to BWV for years and the return bus has always taken the local route. It's a pain but if they haven't changed it in years I wonder if they ever will.

We can hope.
