Just Got Back, Already Dreaming of Next Trip.... Would This Be Possible?

Okay. So I just got back from my first EVER Disney trip. I went with a friend of mine and her mom, both of whom had been before.

I'm already dreaming of another trip, and may consider a solo trip. I would LOVE to go in early December (it wouldn't be this year... too soon!) and see the candlelight processional and performance. My friend and her mom are both in the education field, which means taking off right before Christmas isn't exactly ideal, and the week of is too crowded for my liking.

I'd also love to do Kennedy Space Center/Cape Canaveral.

I'd be flying in, and I do not want to rent a car. Would it be possible to do Kennedy Space Center and Disney without a car? I had looked something up years ago about a shuttle, but I'm not sure if it actually picks you up and drops you off AT Disney, or just near. Anyone have any experience with such a plan?

This is really just in the "pipe dream/scheming" stage right now, and may never happen.

A quick Google search turned up several companies which arrange day trips to Kennedy (although it may all be on the same bus), some with pickups at Disney resort hotels.

It's very easy to do Disney itself without a car.

We did Kennedy Space Center on a Disney trip one year! We had a taxi pick us up (before Uber was around). That is a more expensive option... however you could always use an uber which could be less expensive and if it's your first ride I believe you get the first 15 minutes free??
