Here's an email I just got from GiveAnything.com. I've been waiting for my Mazda TD giftcards since March!!! Let's hope they actually get here.

Without once again going into the reasons for this, I am pleased to announce that our new fulfillment partnership is running smoothly and has been processing orders regularly for the past couple of months.
As of today, all of our orders to date have been processed in the
system and most of you will have already received your orders during the past two months as we have worked diligently to catch up. If you are among the final remaining orders, these too are processed and being mailed as you receive this. So you
should be receiving your orders in the next couple of weeks, USPS willing.
I want to express my personal regrets for any inconvenience you have experienced and my appreciation for your patience and understanding. We value your experience with our service and look forward to continued and prompt fulfillment of your
gift card orders.
