Hey everyone, after a very long wait, and sending in rehire paperwork... I was just accepted for Fall Advantage 2012 as Custodial. going rate $7.67 an hour.
Now back in 2007 I left early and this was why I had to fill out rehire paperwork. I'm guessing my status was lifted because I was extended an offer of employment.
My dilemma however is, I am currently working for a company making $12.02 an hour. I have found my self in some credit card debt, which I would like to get out of ASAP, and I am also looking to save for an engagement ring! Leaving my current job would mean a pretty hefty pay cut.
I am not sure if accepting the DCP is the smartest thing for me to do. I wanted to go for a chance to network and be able to hopefully find myself a full time position up in Orlando.
Any advice would be most appreciated!
