I've read that some of you have also had this experience. Apparently our long-time guide, Brandon Dukes, has "moved on." Now "Kierin" (sp?) is our guide. She was quite pleasant and not at all pushy, asked if we'd like info on new pricing, and didn't push when I told her we felt we had maxed out. That's the type of experience I appreciate.
