I did it about a week ago. Already got my packet but no gift card yet. It was easy and my guide was very nice and informative. It's making me actually consider buying in. Lol!

I'm very glad I bought in to DVC when I did. It is *not*, however, something to be done lightly - there are tons of reasons not to do it, so be sure to take the time to really think about it. (And if you do decide to buy in, 'welcome home!')

Called yesterday. The CM I spoke to was super nice and did not pressure at all. At this point, I have no interest in buying into DVC as we like to alternate between mods and deluxes. Plus if we do have kids in the future, I don't know if we will have to time or the money to make it down every year. Can't wait for my $25 GC though!

No it is totally random. Think I might've gotten it because I went to Disney World twice and took a cruise on the Dream all in one year plus I already have a stay booked for next April.
