We love this place, and know there have been lots and lots of threads on "WHEN is it open!" The general answer is always when its crowded.
This trip we discovered that the hours are indeed posted on the times flyer that you get when you enter the MK. In our case, it was open all week from 11 am to 3 pm. Will be posting a QSDP review soon, but rest assured, the awesome Taco salad and fixin's bar are alive and well, and you can check times as quick as you get there!
