We are going to be making Thank You cards tomorrow for Habitat for Humanity volunteers and workers! I just found it on the GAD web site and it's for kids 6 and up - my youngest is 7 and it has been a challenge to find something.
We are thinking of going back in November - nothing is set in stone. More importantly, I really feel like my kids have been so selfish and self-absobed lately. This will be a terrific experience for them. I told my 10 yr old this morning and she was actually excited to go. And not even for the ticket... just to help out. I was shocked.
